Absolutely! We offer complementary finger sizing with all ring resizing services to ensure the perfect fit, whether you need it adjusted up or down. We also cut off rings that you can no longer remove independently.
Yes! We can either reuse your metal or offset the gold towards a commission. We also buy scrap gold.
Repairs typically take 3-4 weeks and commissions depending on the timeframe of sourcing gemstones can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

Yes! We can do the whole process from start to finish through email, WhatsApp or telephone communications. Any jewellery that is posted by us is fully insured. If we are receiving your jewellery – we recommend insuring and tracking through DHL.
Yes, we offer free cleaning and checking of your settings and claws. There is a charge for further polishing of deeper marks and rhodium plating if requested.
Yes, we provide insurance and probate valuations. We also provide a valuation for the pieces we make and sell.
